What it makes

Film Studio makes whole films, not clips. Documentaries, adverts, narratives, explainers and beat-locked rhythm cuts each have their own pipeline: scripted, cast, voiced, rendered and scored in one editorial pass. Approval gates sit between the stages so you can read the script before anything is rendered.

For a piece of film with a beginning, a middle and an end: an advert, an explainer, a documentary, a short narrative with the same cast throughout.

How a session works

  1. Pick the kind of film and describe it, then approve the script and the shot list it writes back.
  2. Cast it from your Cast library, choose the look, the voices and the score, and let the stages run.
  3. Review the cut, re-run any stage that missed, and export the finished film or take it into Video Edit.

What it costs

Writing the script and describing the cast are one small text-model call each, so they spend credits too; the rendering stages are where most of them go. Auto-run lets the pipeline carry on unattended, and the gates are there so you never pay to render a script you had not read.

Generation spends credits: paid plans include a monthly allowance, the Free plan starts with a one-time welcome grant, and you can top up at any time.

Questions

What kinds of film can it make?
Five: documentaries, adverts, narratives, explainers and beat-locked rhythm cuts. Each one is a different pipeline rather than the same one with a different prompt in front of it.
Can I keep a character consistent across shots?
Yes. Cast holds a character's identity and reference sheets, and the studio reuses them shot after shot, warning you when a sheet has gone stale against the film it is in.
Do I have to approve every stage?
Only if you want to. Gates pause the pipeline for your approval; auto-run carries it through to the end and leaves the review until there is something to review.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. Re-run any single stage in place, or open the film in Video Edit and cut, composite and grade it on a timeline.
