Animation Studio — a brief becomes a timeline

Read a brief into a motion timeline, look at the movement before it costs anything, then render it and take it away.

Animation Studio on Grafy

What it makes

Animation Studio reads a brief into a motion timeline. You see the movement laid out — what moves, when, and how fast — and can look at it before it costs anything, because planning and previewing are free. When it is right, you render it and the result lands in your asset library.

For motion graphics, explainer beats and title sequences — the animations where the timing matters and you want to see it before it renders.

How a session works

  1. Write the brief in a sentence and let it plan the timeline of moves.
  2. Preview the motion, adjust the timing, and check the plan until the movement reads the way you meant.
  3. Render it. The finished animation is filed into your asset library with everything else.

What it costs

Planning a timeline and previewing the motion are free and instant — no credits at all. Only the final render spends them.

Generation spends credits: paid plans include a monthly allowance, the Free plan starts with a one-time welcome grant, and you can top up at any time.

Included from the Free plan.

Questions

Do I have to animate it by hand?
No. The brief becomes a timeline you can then edit. You start from something moving rather than from an empty track.
Can I see it before I pay for it?
Yes, and that is the design. Planning and preview cost nothing, so you only spend credits on a render you have already watched in outline.
Where does the finished animation go?
Into your asset library, where Video Edit, Film Studio and the rest of Grafy can pick it up without an export and re-import.
Is Animation Studio included on the Free plan?
Yes. It opens on the Free plan; what a render costs is credits, which paid plans include a monthly allowance of and the Free plan starts you with.
