Game Studio — a playable game from one brief

Describe a game in a paragraph and walk it through stages — concept and design document, level layouts, character sheets, sprites or real 3D models, a music loop — into one self-contained playable HTML file you can share with a link.

Game Studio on Grafy

What it makes

Game Studio turns a paragraph into something you can play. It walks the brief through concept, a design document, level layouts, character sheets, sprites or real 3D models and a music loop, and ends with one self-contained HTML file. You share the game with a link and it runs in a browser.

For a playable prototype from an idea you can describe — a jam entry, a teaching example, a level you want to try before you build it properly.

How a session works

  1. Describe the game in a paragraph and choose the genre and the engine it should be built on.
  2. Approve the design document, the levels and the character sheets at each gate as the stages produce them.
  3. Play the build, send back what is wrong, and share the finished HTML file with a link when it plays right.

What it costs

Reading the brief and every approval are free. The one concept call that writes the design document spends credits, and so do the generated art, models and music; re-running one stage only pays for that stage.

Generation spends credits: paid plans include a monthly allowance, the Free plan starts with a one-time welcome grant, and you can top up at any time.

Included from the Max plan.

Questions

What do I get at the end?
One self-contained HTML file that plays in a browser, with a link you can send to anybody. There is nothing to install at either end.
What genres does it cover?
Eight genres across four engines, so the brief is built on something suited to it rather than bent into a single template.
Can it use real 3D models?
Yes. A game can use sprites, or real meshes made in 3D Studio and brought across as assets, which is the difference between a mock-up and something that plays.
Do I have to approve each stage?
The gates are there so a wrong design document does not become wrong levels and wrong art. You approve as it goes, and re-run any stage that misses.
